We loved working with Janet to buy our first home. It's a crazy real estate market, which means sometimes we has less than a week between when a house comes on the market and our offer is due. Janet was super helpful in setting up viewings, coordinating with the sellers agent, helping us get pre-inspections (from a super knowledgeable contractor) same day(!!), getting us several different pre-approval letters from lenders she works with in no time at all, and helped us put in several offers, even when that meant texting back and forth on a Sunday at 11pm in order to get the offer in the next morning (late night decision making was our fault, not hers). Her availability and agility was clutch in navigating this challenging market. We're really excited about the house we bought and felt we got it at a great price. After our offer was accepted, Janet was really helpful in connecting us with attorneys and helping us navigate the process as first time home buyers.
